(AP) EDWARDS AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. – Space shuttle Endeavour is finally heading home, not from space but from California. The shuttle took off from Edwards Air Force Base early Wednesday, riding piggyback atop a modified jumbo jet.

My nephew is a wondeful little boy. I know I’m a bit prejudiced, but he really is. He’s very, very bright and is a voracious reader – just like his auntie. Truthfully, though, I think he reads even more than I did at his age, and I was a real bookworm.
